They made a study based on all boxer's fatalities within the last few years and they realized majority of boxers that have died in the ring or have been seriously injured had their dad on their corners. In all seriousness, that father-son team up seems to be detrimental more often than not, and it may actually help a number of guys by forcing them to get better trainers or cornermen that have no "agenda" or bias.
