God what a shitty fight Rashad fought. Nothing like I hoped he let the smaller guy be agressive and IMO was lucky to get the draw

I switched to UFC, the best part of the night up until that boy was the guy wearing the Minto quit shirt. That had me cracking up.
Shad's fight was painful E, honestly can't complain about the decision. I'm just glad it was only 6 rds. Neither guy landed a significant punch, a draw was fine.

Veteran's Day is next week Wednesday. They should have moved this card for that date instead. Would have made more sense with all those marines there.

This fight is surprisingly ugly to watch. Edwards is doing everything possible to stink it up.

Edwards was horrible as was the ref.
Edwards was lunging in the entire fight, head first and grabbing. And somehow the only warning the ref gave was to Litzau for pushing down Edwards head.

All the undercard fights with the amateur Marine boxers were the most entertaining part of the night. Those dudes came to fight.

That guy that lost the undercard fight fought like a cross between Emmanuel Augustus (like BK mentioned) and Ed Rackley.

yeah I thought the same thing he kept doing the crab walk/punch thing and it reminded me a lot of Augutus

yeah I agree, they were fun to watch.
The pro portion of the show... honestly as bad as anything that ESPN2 has aired in recent years, which is saying something since this year featured some of the worst televised cards ever. I respect Roy Jones for trying to forget a real promotional company rather than the shell company under which he operated throughout his career, but he's just not a promoter. I can't tell you of a single card he's promoted where anyone could claim to be even mildly entertained at night's end.

Yeah, that was not good man. He didn't counter and use his speed and feet like he should have and he seemed to really get lulled into that crappy rhythm in almost every round. I really felt he'd lose the decision, and I think he did too.
Not sure if it was boredom or lack of discipline or just distraction, but he didn't look impressive at all and it was a crap fight.

Agreed. That first fight was pretty entertaining and held my attention.
