From my personal experiences, it's always been being preselected by chicks. It's the most important when the girl you want knows that your the prize to her and not vice versa. And what a better way to prove that.
Money - probably next on the list.
Body language - After attending some psychology courses, this definitely helps, but a nerdy virgin can act calm and confident.
Physical attraction - Plenty of good looking dudes in this world are sexually frustrated.

I think your confidence and sense of humor are more key than physical appearance, unless of your course your sporting rotten teeth or a humpback or some shit.
I have never had money, was always scrawny when i was younger but i did alright. My boy J is about 6 foot tall 400 pounds (not kidding) and he pulls women fairly easily. They may not be dimes but who cares, its ass. All he has is confidence and a good sense of humor. I would say it is a combination of all, but perhaps confidence and sense of humor are the most important traits to have.

An average dude can go in and say something meaningful and charm his way into gettin' the number, or better yet, the panties.
All really depends on the female. But I'm fairly confident in saying that personality and confidence beat out money and good looks any day of the week. Unless you're talking about materialistic, gold diggin', worthless women. But any female that's worth more than a hit-n-run will prefer someone who has personality over money and being liked by other women.
