Mayweather by decision. Faster hands, better defense. Probably 8-4 or 10 to 5 in rounds.

Got it as a little closer than that --- Mayweather didn't have the most glorious time at Lightweight. Still, top of their games & all, he'd be my pick, as well. Just the better fighter. De Jesus would make it difficult for a while, though.
