After Johnson's destruction of Angel Manfredy...

Who would you take? I think Floyd has to be favored but I give Johnston a good shot at the upset. His movement was incredible, and being a southpaw works to his advantage against Floyd. Does good body work and has a great jab. Would have been Mayweather's biggest test at that point in his career.

Stevie was once a damn good fighter, very hard to hit. everything he could do, Floyd was a couple of classes above him. I don`t see this an exciting fight because both were natural counter punchers. Johnston will give him problems for about 4 or 5 rounds then Floyd would pull out a decision.

this was a fight i always wanted to see....i thought it was gonna happen around 2002 when mayweather went up to lightweight....but he fought castillo....anyways i thought mayweather wouldve won a unanimous decision..9-3ish....

I think Johnson would have given Floyd problems for the full 12. He had speed, defense and was a very good combination puncher. He also would not get discouraged as easily as another quick southpaw that Floyd fought. I think this would have been a very competitive fight. I'd pick Floyd to win, but he'd have his hands full.

That's a good point. For four rounds, Judah gave Floyd all he could handle. I think Stevie would be able to handle the mental pressure and make it a close fight.
