Angel Manfredy from the Gatti and Robinson fights against the Katsidis up until the Casamayor fight.

Gooood fight!

Manfredy is the sharper fighter. Shorter punches, and a solid body puncher. Not huge on defense though. I could see Katsidis bouncing his head around a bit and maybe getting to him late with some bombs, but I think Manfredy would take it by knockout or stoppage more times than not. He'd probably slick Kats up.

Manfredy would win pretty clearly, maybe even by late stoppage. For a small time Manfredy was a pretty damn good fighter, but he burned out too soon.

Well, I don't know. I'm not sure I favour him on paper, but I've got an inkling Katsidis may pull this one out. I actually think he would've beaten Casamayor in a rematch (will never happen now, obviously), & I think the speed of his assault may've messed with Manfredy, leaving him gun-shy early on.

Manfredy was the better fighter, but I would tentatively go with my gut on this one. Katsidis via stoppage.
