Another interesting match-up. If Peter shows up in shape, I can see him doing enough to beat George. This is one fight, where George won't be the stronger guy, and I'd be more confident that Peter can take whatever George throws at him, than the other way around.

I'd take the Peter that beat Toney the second time to take down Big George. Any other version probably loses.

I don't think that Peter is busy enough to KO Big George or the other way around. I like George's slightly better jab and slightly straighter punchers over the second half of a fight that is duller than it should have been.

Peter was in good shape for Toney, but Toney is/was finished anyway. I think people put too much stock into that win. It was impressive but he was fighting an almost 40 fat midget. He's not gonna "out-box" George. He'd have to slug it out. I think Foreman's range, jab, intelligence, experience, and his own size are enough to get him by the Nigerian in a bruiser.
