some of you might know that my dad had a pretty bad year last year. First he was incarcerated for the many many violations he had on his license. He did his time but it put him behind the 8 ball financially. So, poor to begin with, my parents begin the downward spiral of having to catch up when they could barely keep on time when my pops wasn't in jail. Well shit gets behind but they try, with a lot of help from your truely.

shit gets stressful because I am broke because of their state and wifey is killing on me something fierce. No matter I do what I got to do to make sure my parents aren't homeless. They pushed on for many many years supporting me often giving their last dime to me its the least I can do. Then.....


my pops gets hit by a car (yes a cah) somewhere close to Christmas time. Pretty bad, he has bleeding on the brain, cracked ribs, his face is road rash heaven etc. Now my pops is out for at least two weeks which puts them even further behind. On top of that the bike he used to get to work is mangled. Things look bleak and I know they will probably lean on me more and more which will strain my marriage even more. So with what little I could do I start to help again, offering my wifes (now mine because its a POS) car for as long as they need to find a place (which they dont because shit is expensive and they have no money for any type of down) and need to get to work etc, buying him another bike for Christmas etc.

So all this year has been tough. No real money because it goes to mom and ad in the formof bus passes, groceries, car, gas for the car...phew I hate not having money but I hate seeing my parents suffer

well, turns out my parents filed a suit against the guy who hit my pops. They had been holding on for dear life while this was going through often being poorer than poor and I having to pay my family's debts with nothing to give them. They settled last week for a pretty good chunk of money which will hopefully get them out of strife. They gave me and my lil one some dough for my staying by their side through it all and for lil E to have a college fund but in the end seeing them happy for the first time in about 10 months is payment enough.

Thanks for letting me rant it's nice to be able to see things on a bright side for them for a change
