Out of curiosity I flipped on a stream of Hunger Games and my dad and I were watching it. It wasn't bad at all, then the streamer took it down just as they entered the arena for the games.

As in...you are watching an oz tv comedy?

If so, a houso is someone who lived in a housing commission house, apartment - govt owned, pay rent, generally the low socio economic class/ suburbs. Sometimes, the very very low socio evonomic class. Not quite trailer park trash, but a similar reputation, kind of.

Watched Tower Heist or whatwver it was called. The newish Eddie Murphy movie.

I had heard it was bad and it was still below my expectations.

Impossible premise, washed up cast (although Alan Alda was good), and not funny at all. Just a waste of time. Don't watch this movie.

Yeah, she is sexy. First became aware of her in the flick Knocked Up.

Annie Mumolo, who co-wrote the movie, rents a house from me. Her and her husband Tim are super nice people.

Well, I know tons of bowlers as well, so that evens things out considerably.

Chris Barnes looks like the love child of Skeletor and Willem Dafoe.

Just watched Drive with Ryan Gosling. Good movie but I thinks it's one of those flicks you love or you hate. The way it was filmed I thought was impressive.
Saw it last week and liked everything about it except for the heroine.  Mousy little thing with no personality.

I didn't like her either. She didn't really brig much to the character. Check out Faster with the Rock. I wasn't expecting much from it & was surprised. Solid movie.

Watched "Real Steel".

Didin't expect much. Didn't get much.

It's kind of 'Rocky with robots' as per expectations. It made me wonder why this movie was made. Same shit, different material i.e. metal

P.S.
The kid in this movie is as camp as hell. When you are in a movie with Hugh Jackman as it's your sexuality being called into question you really have a problem.

Also watched "Forgetting Sarah Marshall". I expected this to be funnier than it was, but still a decent movie and funny enough.

My boy stayed with me this weekend and we watched Zookeeper (horrible) and Puss in Boots (well done, very good kids flick)

Faster was not very good.

I'm about to watch 5 Year Engagement. Jason Segal is in it, so hopefully it's as funny as the other movies he's been in.

Yep, I think it's on a par with X2, First Class and Dark Knight as the best in genre.

Took my boy for his 5th birthday, his first superhero movie and he loved it.

Dark Knight is the better film. Avengers gives you pure,  Superhero goodness. It was a lot of fun.
